Hello- We moved to OC in 2016 and just dont get down south enough to have a boat on our own. We are a fam of 3, 1 7 year old daughter who loves water. We are @ #3-5 on wait list for a slip at SDYC )Wet ready since 2015, had a slip with old boat then went off for 2 years without). Shes a beautiful well kept 2001 Benneteau 361- (first Oceanus) 2 cabins, new sails, very clean. Call me for details ! Open to singles or families we use about 1x weekend during summer and some in fall- but not much.
