Hey everyone, I just moved back to San Diego after spending three months in Langebaan, South Africa completing a RYA Yachtmaster Coastal Skipper License. I’m keen to keep sailing and be out on the water as much as possible, however I’d LOVE to get into racing. Happy to act as crew or skipper (not picky — just get me on a sailboat!) I’d appreciate any tips for a newbie looking to get into the SD racing scene.
I also have a VHF License, PPR (commercial endorsement), Power Boat Level 2, STCW and ENG1 Medical.
Thank you! :)
